How to Return MeCharge Powerbank

Immediately email info@mecharge.com.au  with your name and powerbank serial number found below the barcode on the powerbank so we can stop the rental. Then you have 24 hours to return the powerbank using one of the following two methods.

01 - Return to MeCharge Kiosk

Return your powerbank to any of the below locations. Take a picture of the back of it including the barcode/serial number to ensure that you have a reference.

02 - Return by Mail

Alternatively, you may also post the powerbank to:

within 24 hours of notifying MeCharge via email – info@mecharge.com.au .

Please Note – Failure to return a MeCharge powerbank will result in a $49 non-return fee being charged.
